Hair rebonding is designed to give a straight, silky look to naturally wavy or curly hair. It involves using chemical relaxers to break the natural curl pattern, followed by a flat iron to smooth the hair. The final step is the application of a neutralizer to re-bond the hair in It's new straight form. The treatment provides a polished appearance but requires follow-up with moisturizing treatments to prevent the hair from becoming brittle and dry over time.
